At NorthRaval, we strive to ensure every order is delivered quickly, securely, and with the highest care. Please review the following details to understand how we process and ship your purchases.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio in Barcelona, Spain.
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately.
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow its progress.
Please note: during sales, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your package.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Spain & Mainland Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International destinations: 7–14 business days depending on customs and courier routes.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
We’ll always do our best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
For international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Please make sure to provide accurate shipping details to avoid any delays or lost packages. NorthRaval is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Tracking information is always provided for international shipments so you can monitor your order in real time.
4. Local Shipping (Spain & EU)
For customers within Spain and the European Union, we offer fast and reliable delivery through trusted local carriers.
Most local deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping, as indicated during checkout.

with your order number, and our team will help you track it down.
Additional Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
