Return Policy
At NorthRaval, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
The product must be returned in the same packaging it was received in.
Items that do not meet these conditions or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return

A brief explanation of the reason for return
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send back any items before receiving confirmation from our team.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or you received the wrong product.
5. Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item with a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will prioritize your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.
